The OTIIMA 'Glass House'

With an estimated completion date of January 2025, the Allstar installation team has been collaborating with the general contractor and window manufacturer of this magnificent "Glass House" tucked away in the foothills of Carmel, Calif. The crystal clear structure defies conventional engineering thanks to sleek steel-framed windows and sliding doors from innovative Los Angeles-based window manufacturer, OTIIMA USA.

We had several installers give us a bid and decided on Jason because he gave us the impression that he was very knowledgeable and could tackle any issues that might arise. His bid was also very competitive. We were not disappointed. We decided on full frame replacements where the old windows/ door frames were completely removed down to the studs. We also needed a number of pieces of redwood siding removed and replaced because of termite problems. Lee, a member of Jason’s team, is a very experienced carpenter and was able to remove and replace the siding so it matched perfectly even though several pieces required difficult cuts. Jason’s entire operation was very professional. Jason communicated with me diligently to lay out the schedule, the team always arrived on time, they were able to effectively respond to every request we had, and they cleaned up the work site every day.
