Monterey
Monterey homes sit close enough to the water that salt air and wind-driven rain work on the openings year-round, so the flashing and sealing details matter as much as the units themselves. We install and replace windows and doors throughout the city, and we waterproof the openings as part of the same job rather than leaving it to another trade. One Monterey homeowner had us replace three large windows and a three-panel French door, matching the carpentry and finish work to the rest of the house.
Carmel and Carmel Valley
Most of our large-glass work happens here. On the Carmel Preserve we installed large-scale steel windows and scenic doors from Dynamic Fenestration and protected the openings with the Benjamin Obdyke waterproofing system. Above Carmel Valley we installed OTIIMA Titoni glass walls on a ridgeline house where wind and weather hit from every direction.
Pebble Beach
Pebble Beach work is usually replacement in an existing house, which means matching new units to openings and interior trim that were built to a different standard. One Pebble Beach project covered ten windows and three sliding glass doors, with the interior trim matched to the existing millwork. Pacific Grove
Pacific Grove sits on the same exposed stretch of coastline as Monterey and has a lot of older housing stock. We replace windows and doors in existing homes here, working within the original openings wherever possible instead of reframing, and we handle the waterproofing and exterior patch so the wall goes back together properly.
Santa Cruz
We take on both full-house window replacement and single large openings in Santa Cruz, including scenic doors and window walls that need a lift or a crane to set. Our team is trained to operate that equipment, so the placement is part of our scope rather than a subcontractor's.
Aptos
Aptos is close to home for us, which makes it practical for the smaller jobs a lot of installers will not drive for, as well as full replacements. Coastal exposure here is the same story as the rest of the bay: the units are only as good as the flashing behind them. Browse our project gallery.
