What we take on
New-construction window and door packages. Whole-house replacement. Large-format and multi-panel doors. Upper-floor, hillside, and coastal openings where access and weather decide the method. Waterproofing of every opening before the unit goes in.
How we work
Send the window schedule and the drawings. We review the openings against the schedule before the glass ships, flag anything that will not fit or will not seal, and plan the lift. On site, each opening is cleaned, prepped, and waterproofed to the manufacturer's method, then the unit is set, sealed, adjusted, and checked for operation before handover. Findings are documented for the manufacturer's file, which is what keeps the product warranty intact for your client.
Equipment and certification
Crew trained and certified on the lifts and cranes large glass requires. FGIA InstallationMasters certified; we also run FGIA training for other builders and installers. CSLB license 830629. Family-owned, in business more than 20 years.
